Elite Heat and Air is a great choice. Honest, hardworking & communicative. Have a house in Summerville which had multiple issues going on in the HVAC system…from the thermostat malfunctioning to the furnace not heating up, etc. The technician, Jake, spent hours properly diagnosing what the issue was. He was not only friendly and nice, but more importantly he was thorough and focused. Multiple visits were taken by them, the problems were all resolved and the units are running better than the day I first bought the house. I 100% recommend giving them a call if you’re in need of service in the Summerville Area

Casper kept me informed through the whole process. We had a whole A/C system installed inside and out. They showed up on time and took less time than we thought. The team was courteous and put down drop cloths so not much to clean up. Would thoroughly recommend.

Tyler was the tech who did our first appointment. He was on time and knew what had to done. He was also the tech for our second appointment. As I stated before knew what had to be done. Made sure any questions we had were answered. The second tech showed up they worked together to get the job done. I apologize I don’t remember the name of the second tech. When the job was done they waited around to make sure everything was working correctly. I would say that they are an asset to your company.

Tyler was friendly and helpful, arriving on time and with a smile. He did a great job explaining the issues our HVAC system was experiencing and the options that we had for repair/replacement. He is also taking the time to help us get a claim submitted with our home warranty company. We look forward to using Elite Air & Heat and Tyler again in the future.
